Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Issuing stocks to employees.
  • Assist in examining the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
  • Evaluate new inventory.
  • Document non-conforming, defective items.
  • Updating QuickBooks on a daily basis.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and company procedure.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.
  • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory.
  • Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Passes in CXC English and Mathematics.
  • Knowledge of store keeping.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
  • Strong time management and accountability skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks would be an asset.
