Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Issuing stocks to employees.
- Assist in examining the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Evaluate new inventory.
- Document non-conforming, defective items.
- Updating QuickBooks on a daily basis.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and company procedure.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory.
- Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Passes in CXC English and Mathematics.
- Knowledge of store keeping.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
- Strong time management and accountability skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Knowledge in QuickBooks would be an asset.
